Volunteer & Involvement Co-ordinator
£27,264 - £33,862 p.a. (37.5 hours pw)
In partnership with Southampton Women’s Aid (a service rated by its users as ‘life-changing’) this exciting new project aims to engage interest and skills within our diverse local communities in developing a comprehensive Volunteer and Involvement Program. This management level role will deliver an innovative, inclusive and ambitious new programme for up to 90 volunteers that offers bespoke training and an excellent participation experience while increasing our capacity to meet the needs of those at risk from or impacted by domestic or sexual abuse.

Counsellor (Adult Therapeutic Services)
£ 22,956 – 28,321 FTE (22.5 hrs pw)
Joining a team delivering high quality individual, group and/or family therapeutic interventions as required, you will need a recognised counselling or psychological therapies qualification as well as experience of delivering counselling/therapies in a similar or related field.

Yellow Door works across Southampton & Hampshire but are based near central Southampton with free staff parking and opportunities for professional development.
