Leading our team of therapeutic practitioners to develop & deliver quality individual & group services, you will need a recognised counselling, psychological therapies or mental health qualification alongside significant experience of working in a relevant context.
Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA)
(1 x 35 hour post & 1 x 18.75 hour post)
We are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals to provide proactive advocacy and support services to people who have experienced sexual violence or abuse. You will have previous experience of working in an advocacy capacity within a relevant context, a sound understanding of risk assessment alongside significant experience of managing diverse caseloads and working pro-actively within multi-agency partnerships to support victim-focused outcomes. Both posts are 12 months fixed term contracts (extension to contract subject to further funding).
£22,396 - £27,631 FTE

Yellow Door works across Southampton, Hampshire and Isle of Wight but is based near central Southampton with free staff parking and opportunities for professional development.
