We're recruiting volunteer counsellors at Yellow Door, Newport, Isle of Wight
What we do
We offer up to 24 hours of individual free counselling to anyone living on the Isle of Wight who has had any unwanted sexual experiences
What you need
To have completed a Level 3 qualification in Counselling Skills or be one year into a recognised Counselling Diploma (not distance learning) or have reached equivalent level of relevant training
To be able to commit to a 18 month placement and seeing at least 2 adult clients a week
What we offer you
Training over six Saturdays 9.30am-4.30pm (4 November - 9 December 2017) in Newport
Free fortnightly group supervision in Newport
Up to four counselling hours a week in Newport, anticipated to start from early February 2018
